Ent-Ex, the entrepreneurship experience programme developed by the EIIL, confirmed the venue and more speakers for its Amsterdam event taking place at the start of July.
Taking place in Wibauthuis, part of the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, the event aims to bring together participants and successful entrepreneurs with the goal of facilitating a transfer of knowledge. The course runs over four days and follows the EIIL masterclass format; learning by doing, no lectures, no professors.
The newly added speakers are Erik Boer, Managing Director at the Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship; Dennis Tan, creator of stock image provider Dashmote and Thomas Bunnik, CEO of Pritle, the largest independent online funds supermarket and online wealth manager in The Netherlands.
Thomas and Dennis will both be interviewed by young entrepreneurs at the Ent-Ex event, while Erik will be part of the panel at the Big Debate, held in partnership with the JADE network at each Ent-Ex event.
“This event will be something of a homecoming for me,” said Dennis Tan, creator of Dashmote. “I’m an Ent-Ex alumnus myself, having taken part in Ent-Ex Brussels 2012. The skills I learnt there were invaluable when I came to start my own business, Dashmote. I’m excited to impart the knowledge I have gained in overcoming the challenges of setting up my own business to the next generation of entrepreneurs”
Previous Ent-Ex and Big Debate speakers include founders of design agencies and crowdfunded bars as well as program managers for major european cities and CEOs of companies that specialise in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Ent-Ex 2016 will be taking place in London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Geneva, Cologne and Lisbon
